Recipe of the Week - 11/4 High Protein Chicken Salad Recipe

At only 19.8g of protein per serving, this high protein chicken salad will keep you full until your next meal!

INGREDIENTS: 

12oz chicken- sliced and cubed 

1 celery rib 

1/2 cup sweet pickle relish 

1⁄4 cup plain greel yogurt 

1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice 

2 tsp brown or Dijon mustard 

1⁄2 tsp celery seed 

1⁄4 tsp fresh ground pepper 

INSTRUCTIONS: 

  1. Refridgerate for at least 4 hours prior to eating to allow flavors to combine 

*Can substitute the chicken for ham or tuna.
