Ingredients:
6 to 8 lbs spiral bone-in ham
Glaze:
1/3 cup pineapple juice
1/2 orange, juiced
2 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp brown sugar

▪ 1 celery rib
▪ 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
▪ 1⁄4 cup plain greel yogurt
▪ 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
▪ 2 tsp brown or Dijon mustard
▪ 1⁄2 tsp celery seed
▪ 1⁄4 tsp fresh ground pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
*Can substitute the chicken for ham or tuna.
