I can’t say enough about the Nova Physicians Wellness Center. I have been coming for the past year and a half and I feel very supported by the entire staff.

My first meeting with Angela was excellent. I appreciate the thoughtful and thorough attention she gave to explaining the CKD diet protocol and to answering my questions and concerns. I came away from our appointment feeling informed, understood, and supported.

Josephine is wonderfully compassionate and encouraging. I schedule my appointments to make sure I see her.

Monika is an excellent provider. She takes the time to review all your numbers from your scans and measurements. She has regulated my Zepbound dosage for the almost 2 years I have been coming here. I have been losing weight and maintaining and she gives the accountability I need. The nutritionists that she works with help to regulate what I need to change or increase in my diet based on what I have done over the previous few weeks. They listen and care and you can tell by how they interact with you. I highly recommend going. I have lost almost 50 lbs since Sept 2023 and now I’m in a maintenance state. I recommend Monika and this practice. I am stronger, healthier and happier after having come here. Amazing team of nutritionists and doctors.

Josephine is the shining light doctor of the practice. Unfortunately every other aspect needs vast changes and improvements.

I was under regular care of Dr. Chaudhary for four plus years with well managed glucose and weight loss. I strayed away for six months due to an unrelated health issue only to see my glucose and weight out of control. I am back and I am already seeing the greenshoots of good results. I am optimistic I will achieve my goals under Dr. Chaudhary's care. Dr. Chaudhary operates well within items that are normally available in regular grocery stores with no fancy supplements. I can't thank her enough.

This practice is amazing! I have been a nurse for 40 years and when I started here, I was completely impressed from the beginning. I did not want to do this without medical supervision, especially using medication. They are caring, consistent, and extremely professional I am coming off of my blood pressure medication and all my blood work is back to normal since I started. I highly recommend this practice and I am extremely grateful for all they have done for me.

I am extremely satisfied with the care that I received from Josephine Bolivar. She went out of her way to resolve a problem concerning my medication … even though she was not the one who had prescribed it. She’s friendly and very knowledgeable in her field. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the other two caregivers in the office. Both were very friendly (as was Josephine) and knowledgeable in their areas of expertise.

I actually had decided to cancel all future appointments because of the poor interaction (which the person on the phone had no regrets about) but gave it another chance by getting an appointment with Dr Suri and he turned it all around for me. I love the fact I can get great feedback and help with my diet without judgement and get encouraged in what I am doing. Every time I go there I learn something new. Last time I learned how to make a sauce without adding too much calorie to make my chicken more tasty. I went to a Chinese restaurant yesterday and ordered a dish that was actually great and this morning I had lost a lbs. My liver enzyme is also better. Which is the best motivation for me.

Front desk staff not organized. Late being seen. Body analysis machine not clean. Women that gave me the analysis did speak clearly and was rude. Unable to get the medication you are wagovy. Most importantly “I don’t believe your machines are not calibrated correctly. I understand that their could be small differences in reading but on Thursday the changes I made to build muscle and burn fat for two solid months wasn’t recognized at all by your machines. I could say more but I think you get the message.

The initial test of standing for weight, and feet and ankles was really not effective. The 1st phone conversation 4 weeks ago , I told the person I had polio, could not walk stairs, nor stand independently. Why was this the 1st task I tried & failed to accomplish? Seriously, let’s not start with this.

I cannot recommend Nova's program enough. A great deal of this is due to my kind and encouraging dietitian, Danielle Lowe, who makes me feel heard and inspired every time I go in. The dual-hatted approach with physicians and dietitians is the most supportive I've experienced and I quickly feel that my lifelong unhealthy patterns are turning around. I highly recommend developing a relationship with a specific dietician if you can, because so much of the program is reliant on how you fuel your body.

I finally feel like I can lose weight. I have success so far with instructions, willpower, medical help and I dietician. You are holding me accountable. Good job.

There are three people you see. One takes weight and measurement and weight, another is a nutritionist and the throes is a doctor. Doctor was the only one who seemed to know know my chart. Was very confused and had me wait while he reread and reread my chart. Wished it was reviewed prior to seeing me. All other providers have always been prepared

Having a healthy dose of positive encouragement is better medicine than a Doctor’s Pill: I enjoyed my visits to the Physicians Weight Loss center because they have continuously encouraged me to take control of myself & my eating habits. They have given me lots of encouragement with positive suggestions to adjust my food intake & this has helped me with starting a exercise plan to go with the wt loss in keeping with my abilities. I have loss enough weight to feel comfortable and to continue on this healthy trek for the foreseeable future. I plan to chose my food well & stay on the diet planned as closely as possible. I do feel positive & uplifted.

Since January I have been going to Nova Physician Wellness Center and have been very happy with the results. I have done several other diets such as Weight Watches and Online zoom meetings about weight loss through work. They were fine programs and I did lose weight but as soon as I reached my goal the weight came back on. The program at the Wellness Center teaches you what to do and make a lifestyle change that you can enjoy the rest of your life. Everyone working there has an interest in you and what you are trying to achieve. I really like getting my results from my previous visit. The Wellness Center does not put a big part of the program on just the scale. It takes your body water mass, muscle gain and many other components of being physically fit into account of your total body fitness. Kelly the Nutritionist has helped me find great substitutes for foods that I have been craving and has shown me a diet that I can maintain. It is a long process but I did not put this weight on in one day so it's not going to come off fast either. I hope to be on a diet very soon that will give me some more options but until then I always get more than enough to eat and the weight is coming off while I maintain my muscle. Dr. Chaudhary is very knowledgeable and maintains a good watch on your progress. I feel very confident in her opinions and follow her recommendations. Since getting on the program my blood pressure has come back down to normal reading plus my knees are much better than when I started. Plus the biggest thing is that it is keeping my pre diabetes in check which is the one big reason to get healthy since my father died of that horrible disease. It goes without saying I would and have recommended the Nova Physician Wellness Center to many of my friends interested in getting back to a healthy lifestyle. I am very happy to have found this group of professionals that take their job very seriously and are very friendly also.

The staff at Nova Physician Wellness Center are the best! After months of medical maladies, waking up in pain, and having difficulty taking the stairs, I had made the decision to seek help. My primary care doctor suggested that I was a candidate for gastric bypass surgery, but I felt that if I could not do this on my own, I would not be able to do it at all. That was when I called Nova Physician Wellness Center. The staff is very friendly, and made the process as transparent as possible to me. The Inbody scans have been instrumental in helping me to see where the trouble areas were and the nutritionists really helped lay out the pathway to success and the science behind it. With a slight alteration (and I mean very slight) to the foods I was eating and with a focus on balanced diet, portion control, and spreading my calories more consistently throughout the day had made this journey surprisingly very manageable. I began this process in December 2020, at 296 lbs, and nearly 7 months later I am down 52 lbs and counting. With the support of Dr. Suri and Dr. Chaudhary, I feel that I can continue to succeed at this for a lifetime. The process that Nova Physician Wellness Center uses is geared towards long term success, and the team makes you feel like they genuinely care about your success and your continued health. I am so thankful for the great people at Nova Physician Wellness Center for helping me get my life back on track.

Seeing a nutritionist for the first time in my life, I was very skeptical. I requested to see Dr. Chaudhary because being from the same part of the world I truly believed she could assist me to come up with a meal plan that I could stick with and one that would really help in losing weight. I saw her on Monday (for the first time) and today is Wednesday, I weighed myself first thing in the morning and am down 2 pounds! This is just by sticking with the meal plan her staff created for me. I look forward to meeting up with her again in 2 weeks so she can see my progress and suggest me other options to promote healthier eating habits and help me lose 20 pounds I have been struggling to lose foreverrrrr ! I’ve struggled with fatigue for as long as I can remember and I’ve gone to multiple doctors to try and figure out the issue. In my quest, I decided to visit the wellness center to see if they could help. Dr. Suri asked questions about my symptoms and what was bothering me. He determined that it wasn’t a nutrition/diet issue and recommended visiting an ENT. Although it was ultimately decided that the wellness center wouldn’t address what I needed, because of Dr. Suri I was led in the right direction, visited an ENT doctor and was able to get to the root of the issue. He was the only one that made the connection and I’m grateful for that. Thanks very much for taking the time to help figure out the root cause and get me to the right help.

I came into my appointment very hesitant regarding what to expect. The office staff are very welcoming. I had a wonderful meeting with Dr. Chaudhary and with the nutritionist Sheila Venkatesh. Both my meetings were very insightful and I was not rushed. Dr. Chaudhary did a wonderful job explaining the program and the commitment that is required. She did not make false promises but what I really appreciated was her approach to making healthy eating a lifetime choice. Sheila was wonderful in explaining the diet and catering it towards my vegetarian diet needs and allergies. I am looking forward to my two week visit.

I racked up 25 pounds after 2 kids. For the past 4y I’ve tried unsuccessfully to lose the weight and keep it off. In November 2021, with the holidays and less than stellar diet/exercise, with Doctor Suri’s help I lost 15 pounds in 3m. I couldn’t be happier with the results. He put me on a med that worked really well for me. I didn’t follow the diet given the dietician to the y and still shed the weight. On personal note: Dr. Suri is kind, very personable and non judgmental. I enjoyed every visit at his clinic. His team is wonderful too. If you BMI is over a certain number, your insurance might cover your visit. If it’s not or don’t have insurance, his fees are very affordable (less than any other diet app or fad). I hope this review helps mommies struggling with baby weight.

I have been seeing Dr. Chaudry since Sept. 2019. Since then I have lost 14 pounds. I also have lowered my cholesterol, blood pressure and A1C. Dr. Chaudry is very interested in each patient. The staff is really awesome. The nutritionists assist you with your diet and show you new ways to eat. They are there for you anytime you need a little boost in your meal plans. I feel like they are family. They are a great group of people and I would recommend them highly.

The Nova Physician Wellness Center changed my life! When I started coming a year ago, I was very overweight, always tired, had problems moving well, and was on 2 blood pressure medicine and 1 cholesterol medicine. Now, I am approximately 60 lbs lighter, and take only one of those medicines (and just half of the dose that I was taking last year!). My joints are much better, I am happier, can move easily, sleep better, feel and look years younger and am in the best health of my adult life! I never could have done it without the care, encouragement and assistance of Dr. Chaudhary and her staff. Every single person I have encountered - the physicians, nurse practitioners, nutritionists and office staff - are all professional, upbeat, friendly, and encouraging. The best thing about this experience is that I did it with a life-style change - no weight loss or appetite suppressant medications! And, no one pushes food on you either - though I did include some of the delicious chips and bars into my diet. I learned how to eat correctly for me - and how to live a healthy life. I hope that everyone who wants to lose weight and get on the path to wellness will start a personalized program with this office - you will thank yourself everyday for making that decision!

I do not normally provide testimonials, but in this case I am more than happy to do so. I have fought with a weight problem in various degrees, over most of my adult life. I’ve tried many weight loss programs and diets, all with little or temporary success. The program at NOVA Physician Wellness Center has produced remarkable results though. In less than six months I have lost over 50 pounds – almost all of which was fat; retaining lean-body-mass almost entirely. Additionally, I’ve reduced the stress on my arthritic knees, and been able to discontinue my blood pressure medication. This program, first evaluated my individual case, then developed a specific diet plan. This plan was not rigid; but provided for reasonable flexibility and variability in what I could eat from day to day. This proved easy to adapt to and for the most part stick to on a daily basis. All without any special foods, dietary supplements, or appetite suppressants. And, with the periodic office visits, talking with both a dietician and a physician, I was better able to “keep on track” as well as make corrections as I progressed. I could not be happier with what NOVA has allowed me to accomplish. I would strongly recommend the NOVA Physician Wellness Center to anyone who is looking for a healthy and easy to adjust to weight loss program.

Dear Dr. Chaudhary, After six months on your program, I have steadily lost weight, and am now down a total of 55 1/2 pounds. I was able to do this without any weight-loss drugs, and with only a modest increase in my daily exercise (30 minutes of rowing). I have been able to work continuously, including strenuous chores, without feeling any of the symptoms of low blood sugar that I experienced with other diets. I only feel a little hungry, all of the time, but I have gotten used to that. I find this program to be sustainable because I can vary the components in ways that I find appealing (within clear parameters), and because the benefits have been so clearly evident. Over the past couple of weeks, I was feeling "under the weather" and was sidetracked from my meal plan (ate more or less depending on my mood), and I had explained this to Daniel, and he encouraged me to look at the positive in the situation: though I was going through these issues, I was still losing weight. The last time I had my appointment with Dr. Seema Chaudhary at the NOVA PHYSICIAN WELLNESS CENTER, my cumulative weight loss was 55 pounds. That is a very significant outcome for me considering I needed that due to my being diabetic. I thought I would not last not having carbs at all since a diabetic needs that. When I started with the program, I was taking 80 units each of insulin in the morning and evening. It was the goal of Dr. Chaudhary for me to be away from it totally. Currently, I am not under insulin anymore! You cannot beat the success of weight loss and being free from insulin! It was a lot of hard work and dedication to follow their wellness program but it is a great blessing to all that follow it because it works!! My endocrinologist, cardiologist, gastro intestinal doctors are all very happy for the achieved results because it complement their target results for me as well! The excellent collaborative effort of Dr. Chaudhary, Kellyn Dodd, Amy Bronzi, other nutritionists and the administrative staff were all contributing to the best customer experience one can ask for. I am blessed that due to weight loss my spine should be better off carrying a lighter me and will help me with my upcoming spine surgery.
