Recipe of the Week 6/20: Triple Berry Smoothie

Yields 2 Servings 

Ingredients 

1/2 cup blackberries and raspberries 

5 medium strawberries 

1 cup crushed ice 

6 oz nonfat Greek yogurt 

Few drops of liquid stevia for sweetness 

Instructions 

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 

Serve with a straw.
