Helen Ballew is a registered dietitian with a strong foundation in nutrition, fitness, and performance-based care.


She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Clemson University, where she also became an ACSM-certified personal trainer. She went on to complete her Master’s degree in Nutritional Sciences at Appalachian State University, including over 1,000 hours of supervised dietetics practice across clinical and outpatient settings.



Her combined education in nutrition and fitness allows her to provide well-rounded, results-driven care.
