Recipe of the Week 9/18: Pumpkin Protein Smoothie

Yields 1 Serving 


1/2 cup black coffee or 2 shots espresso 

1/3 cup pumpkin puree 

1/3 cup vanilla protein powder 

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 

3/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk or almond milk 

1/2 cup cauliflower rice frozen 

stevia to taste 


Measure the ingredients and place in a blender. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a mason jar or large glass and serve immediately!
