Recipe of the Week 2/11: Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Yields 20 Strawberries

Ingredients:

1 cup Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
3 tbsp Coconut Oil
20 Strawberries

Directions:

  1. Melt your chocolate in a double boiler or by using the microwave method. When the chocolate is melted and smooth carefully transfer it to your work area.
  2. Use a fork, skewer, or strawberry dipper to dip the first strawberry into the chocolate.
  3. Place the chocolate covered strawberry on the parchment paper and repeat with the remaining strawberries.
  4. Top as desired
