Eleanor Duelley, Holistic Health Coach, Certified Personal Trainer
Eleanor has always been involved and enthusiastic about fitness. As a military spouse and former Officer in the US Navy, Eleanor and her family have lived all over the world. While teaching group fitness and practicing personal training, she pursued her holistic coaching certificate from the prestigious Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. Upon completion, she enrolled at Maryland University of Integrative Health to enhance her skills by studying for her Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition. Currently, Eleanor practices health and fitness coaching with the NOVA Physicians Wellness Center in Fairfax and Ashburn, Virginia.
Sheela Venkatesan, Behavior Change Specialist & Clinical Nutritionist
Sheela is a Clinical Nutritionist and Behavior Change Specialist with NPWC. She values making a personal connection with individuals, an essential for helping patients reach their health goals and sustain improvements for the long term. Sheela has worked with people of all backgrounds in both clinical and corporate settings. Sheela obtained a Masters of Science in Nutrition Education from American University, is a Certified Health Coach, a Certified Personal Trainer and leans on her specialization in Behavior Change to instill small, yet significant changes that translate into lifelong healthy behaviors for her patients.
Ashley DeGeare BS, NDTR, CHC
Ashley is a Nutrition and Dietetic Technician, Registered who has a passion for collaborating and supporting others to help guide them to reach their personal goals. She received her BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from James Madison University and is also a Certified Health Coach. With a previous background working in the mental health field, she has a working knowledge of changing behaviors long-term, managing stress and anxiety, and finding ways to move towards a less hectic yet more healthful lifestyle.
