Rachel Attardi Nutritionist

Rachel Attardi is a nutritionist in Northern Virginia who has been empowering her clients with holistic counseling and advocating for preventive lifestyle since 2010. She holds a B.S. in Health and Nutrition Sciences, with a concentration in Food Science from Brooklyn College in New York City. Rachel completed the Didactic Program in Dietetics accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2014.



Amy Bronzi NDTR Nutritionist

Amy is a nutrition consultant with a passion for helping individuals lead healthier lives and reach their personal weight loss goals. She believes in a collaborative relationship that creates a positive and supportive experience for her clients. Amy received her Nutrition and Dietetics Degree from the University of Northern Colorado and passed a national registration examination to become a Dietetic Technician, Registered. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Academy’s Weight Management Dietetics Practice Group.




Moriah Hough BS, NDTR, CPT Nutritionist

Moriah is a Registered Dietetic Technician and Certified Personal Trainer with a desire to help people live a healthy and happy lifestyle. She received her BS in Nutrition & Dietetics as well as her BA in Dance from Messiah College and is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Moriah became a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and enjoys combining her love of nutrition and fitness when counseling her clients toward their weight loss goals.





Esosa E. Nutritionist

Esosa E. also known as “Raw Girl” is a Clinical Nutritionist whose personal health crises and battle with acne and chronic fatigue led her to change her lifestyle and begin avid studies of holistic health. Following the inner yearning to share her vegan lifestyle of over twenty years, Esosa created the blog Raw Girl in a Toxic World, where her writing about a range of health topics has been published online and reached hundreds of thousands of readers worldwide. She is the author of The Acne-Free Diet and Got Veg? How to Thrive on a Plant-Based Diet. As a health expert, Esosa has been featured in Elle Magazine South Africa, Ebony, Black Enterprise, AfroPunk, CBS 6, Wellness Warehouse Magazine in South Africa and more. Esosa received her Masters of Science in Nutrition from Maryland University of Integrative Health. Her mission is to make a nutrition accessible to anyone interested in achieving optimal health.
