Ingredients:
1 whole wild salmon filet with skin, 1 1/2 inches thick (2 lbs) 1/4 cup light mayo
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 tablespoons chopped dill
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons chopped basil
